OneVastra provides a cloud-based ERP and inventory management system designed for the clothing industry. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform in accordance with your subscription plan.

3. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.99% uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OneVastra Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service.
